Carol Lam joined Hazelview Investments in September 2021 as an Associate, Real Estate Development. In her role, she is responsible for supporting the development team with a variety of tasks associated with the successful execution of the real estate development projects, including but not limited to tendering process, planning approvals and direct project coordination.  

Carol holds her Honours Bachelor of Arts, Urban Studies & Geography from University of Toronto, her Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Investments from Harvard University, and her certification in LEED Green Associate.
