Claudia Reich Floyd joined Hazelview Investments in February 2012 and heads up the European office.  In her current capacity as Managing Partner, Portfolio Manager, Claudia is responsible for managing Hazelview’s global real estate securities strategies and overseeing research in Europe. Claudia is also involved in business development and marketing in Europe with her extensive expertise of the regulatory needs of European clients. 

Claudia has over 20 years of investment experience in the global real estate securities markets. Prior to joining Hazelview, Claudia was Head of Real Estate Securities at 4IP Management (Sal. Oppenheim), a Portfolio Manager at Citi Property Investors and a Co-Portfolio Manager and an international real estate analyst for European. With work experience in New York, London, Los Angeles, Zurich, Hong Kong and Hamburg, she has worked with some of the team members of Hazelview in her prior positions.

Claudia holds a Masters of Business Administration in Finance and Banking from the University of Cologne, Germany.
