David most recently served as the Vice President of Development at Fitzrovia Real Estate, overseeing the development of their portfolio of residential towers. He built and led a team of engineers, architects, and planners, fostering strong industry relationships and standardizing design processes which contributed to delivering award-winning multi-family residential projects. David began his career as a mechanical engineer where he excelled as both an engineer and a team leader.

David holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Toronto Metropolitan University.
