Dominic joined Hazelview Investments in January 2023 as Managing Partner, Finance & Operations. He is the head of investment finance for Hazelview’s FinOps team and is responsible for the overall financial operations, internal controls and reporting of investment funds and development projects. He leads the team in executing FinOps’ initiatives that support company strategies and continuous operational improvements.

Dominic has over 30 years of experience including investment management and public accounting. Prior to joining Hazelview, he was Vice President, Investment Finance at Investment Management Corporation of Ontario where he was responsible for the investment accounting, operations, valuation and administration of client assets, assisted on real estate and other private investment transactions and performed operational due diligence on external investment managers and fund administrators. He formerly managed the investment operations at WSIB, was CFO and Head of Operational Due Diligence for a private Canadian alternative investment manager, and managed regulatory compliance and was head of investment finance operations at Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan.

Dominic is a Chartered Professional Accountant, obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration from York University’s Schulich School of Business and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
