Elaine joined Hazelview Investments in July 2023 as an Associate, Global Securities Investments. In her role with Hazelview, Elaine is responsible for covering listed real estate companies in Asia where she will later be relocated to Hong Kong for her position. In addition, Elaine focuses on researching, underwriting, and valuing new investment opportunities within the listed global real estate securities sector and providing formal investment recommendations to the portfolio management team.

Elaine most recently worked at ACM Advisors Ltd. as Underwriting Analyst where she prepared underwriting for real estate assets for financing including valuation and risk assessment of the properties. Prior to this she interned at various real estate shops including Hullmark Asset Management, Slate Asset Management, and QuadReal Property Group as Co-op Analyst where she supported acquisitions, asset management, and portfolio management-related tasks.

Elaine holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Toronto Metropolitan University.
