James joined Hazelview Investments in November 2022 as an Associate, Global Securities Operations. In his role with Hazelview, James will be responsible for executing on various tasks to support the back office operations of all Hazelview’s public securities portfolios.

James most recently worked at Scotiabank as a Senior Financial Analyst where he was responsible for month-end reporting & reconciliation as well as combining and aligning product control procedures for multiple financial groups. Prior to this, he worked as a Financial Analyst at the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board.

James obtained a Master of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business and obtained a B.Comm from Carleton University. In addition, James successfully completed CFA Level I, II, and III.
