Jay  joined Hazelview Investments in February 2015. In his role, Jay is responsible for leading the Revenue & Analytics team in addition to oversight of property taxes, energy management and our insurance & risk programs.

Jay has over 25 years experience in finance, capital markets and real estate management.  Prior to Hazelview, Jay worked at BCS Global as the Director of Finance & Compliance.  Prior to joining BCS, Jay worked as an Associate in Institutional Equity Research at Merrill Lynch. Jay began his career Deloitte Canada working in the Audit and Assurance practice.

Jay holds a Bachelor of Administrative & Commercial Studies from Western University where he majored in Finance & Economics.  He also holds the Chartered Professional Accountant designation.
