Karen Leroux joined Hazelview in May 2020 and in her current role as Associate, Legal & Compliance of Hazelview, Karen is responsible for assisting the Legal and Compliance team with ongoing corporate legal, secretarial and compliance matters, transactional support, and governance matters.

Karen has over 15 years of experience in the corporate and securities industry. Prior to joining Hazelview, she was the Senior Law Clerk at a cannabis company, a Legal Administrator for a mid-market investment bank as well as an Executive Legal Assistant for an oil and gas company.

Karen holds a law clerk designation from The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario.
