Katie Chirka joined Hazelview in September 2014 and has progressed in to her current role as Partner, HR Operations where she is responsible for leading Hazelview’s people strategies and initiatives related to total rewards and analytics along with payroll, workforce planning, compliance, HRIS management, reporting, and data management.

Katie has over 8 years of progressive experience in HR and holds her Certified Human Resources Professional designation. She earned her Human Resources Management Post Graduate Co-op Certificate from Seneca College and her Advanced Business Administration Diploma from Cambrian College.
