Luca joined Hazelview Investments full time in September 2022 as an Associate, Global Securities Investments. In his role, Luca is responsible for underwriting, researching, and valuing publicly listed real estate companies in Europe and providing formal investment recommendations to Hazelview’s portfolio management team.

Prior to joining Hazelview full time, Luca joined us as a working student in February 2019 as he worked towards his masters degree. As well, Luca worked for various developers in Germany, focusing on the acquisition and analysis of new developments, as well as the monitoring of project developments from a commercial perspective. Luca had his first international experience in the real estate industry while working as a real estate broker in Cape Town for some time.

Luca holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts in Real Estate Management from the Fresenius University of Applied Sciences in Hamburg, Germany.
