Luca Pasquali joined Hazelview Investments in March 2013. In his current role as Partner, Real Estate Investments, Luca is primarily responsible for overseeing the quarterly valuation process for all Hazelview’s private investments.  Luca also provides real estate advisory in a variety of contexts that include transaction support, analyzing market trends across all regions and offering perspectives to assist with investment strategy and decision making on a variety of asset classes across Canada and the U.S.

Prior to joining Hazelview, Luca worked at CMLS Financial as an Underwriting Analyst and gained appraisal experience through his work as a Consultant at the Altus Group where he was responsible for a wide range of valuation and consulting assignments with a focus on industrial and seniors housing properties.

Luca holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from York University, is a graduate of the Real Property Administration program at Seneca College and completed a Real Property Assessment certificate from the Sauder School of Business at UBC. Luca is also a member in good standing with the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) and holds an AACI designated from the AIC.
