Shivam joined Hazelview Investments in April 2023 as an Associate, Finance and Operations. In his role with Hazelview, Shivam is responsible for monthly NAV preparation and review process, investor and compliance reporting, capital calls and distributions, accounting for acquisitions and distributions, annual financial statement production and additional projects.

Shivam most recently worked at KPMG as a Senior Auditor where he was part of the Real Estate audit group handling audits of real-estate entities. Prior to this, he worked as an Assistant Finance Manager for Aldar Projects where he was responsible for analyzing financial statements, key ratios and investor presentation numbers and prepared board presentations.

Shivam has obtained his CA (India) and is currently working towards CPA (Canada) and CFA designations.
