Spencer Lapointe joined Hazelview in September 2024 as an Associate, Debt. In this role, he is responsible for working with the Real Estate Investment Management team, focusing on the Private Debt Portfolio. Spencer supports new investment opportunities and contributes to the overall management and growth of the debt portfolios.

Spencer has prior experience as an Investment & Development Analyst Intern, where he supported senior analysts and partners in executing investment transactions. Before that, he worked as a Business & Investment Analyst Intern, conducting research, financial modeling, and valuation analysis on a portfolio of diverse commercial real estate assets.

Spencer holds dual degrees with honors in Business Administration and a specialization in Economics from the Ivey Business School. He is also currently a candidate for the Masters in Banking and Finance Program at The University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.
