The 73/75 Broadway Development

This two-part project perfectly encapsulates our vision to create a cohesive, future-focused community that sets a new standard for rental living in Midtown:

73 Broadway: A 38-storey tower rising from a four-storey podium—seamlessly connected to an existing 10-storey residential building. This component offers 336 residential units, 460 bicycle stalls, 137 lockers, and over 15,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor amenity space.
