Collegeway will introduce a contemporary, sustainably designed residential development in Mississauga, offering a balance of modern living and community-focused amenities. The seven-storey building will include one level of underground parking, with zoning permitting 101 residential units and ~80,000 SF of Gross Floor Area (GFA).

The development’s interior design and amenity mix will be carefully curated to compete with new condominiums and recently completed purpose-built rentals in the area.
