Vista Local community is one of the largest multi-residential communities in Ottawa and located in the Alta Vista ward of south Ottawa. This development was the first phase of a master plan community revitalization that is planned.

The development consists of three multi-residential structures containing 515,000sf of gross construction area, 348 residential units, a club house style amenity, a single level 138,000 square foot underground parking garage containing 360 spaces, along with over 200 storage lockers and bike stalls.
