210 Willet is situated in the Clayton Park community, which is in proximity to local neighbourhood amenities, including retail shopping and service businesses. It is also connected to educational institutions and the Lacewood Bus Terminal, a key transit hub.

Both design concepts will have high end custom finishes and all units will feature stacked washers and dryers, laminate vinyl plank flooring, and window coverings. Kitchens will consist of custom millwork with quartz countertops, backsplashes, and stainless-steel appliances. Some larger units will include kitchen islands with a breakfast bar. Washrooms will feature custom vanities, mirrors, and full-size tubs.

Residents will be able to connect to VTS Rise, an operations software that encompasses keyless smart technology for convenient and secure access to the building and an interactive mobile application to connect with management.

Amenities will include fitness and yoga rooms, social lounges, children's play areas, rooftop green spaces and BBQ areas. Residents will enjoy enhanced indoor and outdoor amenity spaces developed to encourage a healthy work-life balance while promoting a welcoming community.
