Given the size of the site, proximity to local neighbourhood amenities including retail shopping and service business, and connectedness to educational institutions and transit, we identified an opportunity to add value to the Clayton Park community by replacing the existing apartment buildings at 210 and 214 Willett in need of major renovations with two new apartment towers, providing the community a total of 530 quality rental suites. With the increase in rental housing demand in Halifax, we are also hoping this redevelopment will help to meet the rental supply needs of the region.
