210 Willett and 214 Willett St consisted of an 11-storey round apartment tower with 122 residential units, and a 4-storey L-shaped apartment building with 47 units. The site is actively undergoing development.

Hazelview is redeveloping this site with two 17-storey buildings, consisting of 530 residential units, 502 parking spaces, 299 bicycle spots, an extensive amenity package, and ground floor retail. The new residential towers will feature high quality finishes and a competitive amenity mix designed with our future residents’ lifestyle and wellbeing in mind.

Given the size of the site, proximity to local neighbourhood amenities including retail shopping and service business, and connectedness to educational institutions and transit, we identified an opportunity to add value to the Clayton Park community by replacing the existing apartment buildings at 210 and 214 Willett in need of major renovations with two new apartment towers, providing the community a total of 530 high quality rental suites.

With the increase in rental housing demand in Halifax, we are also hoping that this redevelopment will be able to help to meet the rental supply needs of the region.

The 10th floor of each tower has been dedicated to amenity space with access to rooftop patios. Full amenity programming for these spaces will be a future consideration.

Both towers are currently under construction. The anticipated completion date for Tower A is Q4 2026 and Q2 2026 for Tower B.
